A Public Meeting is being held on September 3 at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall to receive public comment on a Draft Plan of Subdivision for lands north of the No Frills supermarket at the 20th Sideroad and Innisfil Beach Road.
The draft proposal is for 239 homes consisting of 140 single detached dwellings and 99 townhouse dwellings. Semi-detached homes have been removed from an earlier proposal. Other features include two stormwater management areas, an environmental and open space area, and internal roads and road widenings. The project would house about 700 new residents.
Pratt Development owns land north of this subdivision proposal and is developing a plan to build light industrial units on that property.
